I started Grateful Dress's Facebook page on the first day of Chinese New Year. A few days later on Saturday, I decided I would not do anything related to the social enterprise on Sunday as a way of honouring God's words in keeping the Sabbath. In other words, to cease from work.
Come Sunday, numerous likes streamed in. With no effort on my part to increase traffic or visibility. Nothing.
I realised, God's words can be taken seriously. In entrusting the page to Him by ceasing activity, He took control and allowed it to grow. I learnt a precious lesson - to rest in God's sovereignty even as I took a break. He can be trusted.
